Shaping Conversations With 100%

If what you say falls on deaf ears,
And tension builds instead of clears,
Don’t point the blame or shift the weight,
But look at how you communicate.

Less than whole will slip inside,
A sneaky place for guilt to hide.
“You don’t get me” builds a wall,
So own your words, and watch it fall.

Reclaim your power, take the lead,
Adjust your voice to plant the seed.
It’s not their fault they didn’t see,
So double-check inside of thee.

The words you speak, the tone you choose,
Decide if you will win or lose.
The message lives in what they hear—
So shape it well, make meaning clear.

A hundred percent, make your stand,
The power rests there within your hands.
No need to fight, no need to flee,
Just own your words, and set them free.
