I'm never trying to improve myself

I’m never trying to improve myself.

But I notice that I am always improving.

Trying to improve yourself is the hard way to improve.

Young children are always improving, but they're never trying to improve themselves.

If you're trying to improve yourself, it's likely that you think you need to improve.

And no matter how much you improve, it will never be enough.

Relax.

Life is your playground.

There's nothing that you need to improve or prove.

Just play.

There's nothing that you need to improve or prove.

Just play.
